Ms. Sudipta Shee is currently appointed as a librarian at Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College, Kolkata. She has been working for the last 10 years in the field of library and Information science and has been a full-time Librarian since 2016. She has been pursuing her Doctoral degree in Library and Information science from the University of Calcutta. Her area of research interest is very diverse and wide, which includes Knowledge Organisation, Metadata Harvesting, Information retrieval, linked data, content management, and many more. Ms. Shee has published many articles and book chapters in reputed national and international journals and edited books and study materials as well. She is an editorial board member of the IASLIC Bulletin.
