The Department of Zoology provides excellence in teaching and sustained high productivity and quality in research. We are a highly skilled, well recognized scientific team, whose major research and teaching goals are to provide a comprehensive understanding of modern life science, zoology in particular.
Our interest lie in varied field leads staffs and students of the department to study about and is passionate about a variety of themes of the life processes, from the molecular to the ecological level and beyond. This is reflected in the diverse publications by the Departmental staffs and students.
