NSS REPORT JUNE 2019 – MAY 2020
Event 1: Cloth Distribution Programme: Cloth Distribution Programme (Bostro Dan) was organised by NSS unit of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College in collaboration with Garia Sahomormi Society, Kolkata among needy poor people on 28.09.19, just before Durga Puja at slum area near Dhalai Bridge near Garia. 50 students of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College participated in this programme.
Event 2: Eye Screening Camp: An Eye Screening Camp was organised by NSS unit of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College, Kolkata on 15.12.2019 at slum area near Dhalai Bridge near Garia. 30 students of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College participated in this programme.
Apanjan: NSS unit of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College organized a programme for aged people of our town under the supervision of Kolkata Police, Jadavpur Thana on 26.9.2019. 18 volunteers of NSS, Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College participated in this programme.
