Dept. of Botany (VJRC) organized a Lecture Series & Students’ seminar in collaboration with New Alipore College. Professor Dr. N.D. Paria & Dr. Lina Sarkar delivered speeches; students from VJRC & New Alipore College presented CBCS-syllabus topics.

Prof. T. M. Das (Retd. Prof., HOD, Dept. Agriculture, Calcutta University) memorial lecture featured astronomer Amalendu Bandyopadhyay who spoke on Chandrayaan. A documentary prepared by the Dept. of Mass Communication & Journalism was screened.

Commerce & Economics dept., in collaboration with IQAC, conducted a two-day national webinar. 110 participants (faculty, research scholars, UG & PG students) attended from various institutes.
